All submissions must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Ensure your paper aligns with one of the 5 tracks and follows the strict IEEE/Scopus formatting guidelines.
Access Submission PortalPapers must be written in English. Ensure your manuscript follows the standard IEEE double-column format. Maximum page limit is typically 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references.
Remove author names, affiliations, and any identifying information from the manuscript for the initial submission to ensure an unbiased peer review process. Acknowledgments should be omitted in the initial submission.
All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Manuscripts with high similarity scores will be rejected immediately without review. The maximum allowed similarity index is strictly enforced.
Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in Scopus indexed proceedings / journals. Ensure the final camera-ready paper includes all author details correctly.
