Submission Deadline

5 January 2027

Authors must submit their manuscript through the Microsoft CMT portal. Submissions should follow IEEE double-column template and align with one of the six conference tracks.

Review Process Completion

15 February 2027

All submitted papers undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by domain experts. Once the review process is completed, decisions will be communicated to authors.

Intimation of Acceptance / Rejection

20 February 2027

Authors will receive the peer-review decision via their registered email. Accepted papers will include reviewer comments and revision guidelines. Rejected submissions will receive brief constructive feedback.

Registration & Revised Manuscript Opens

21 February 2027

The registration portal and camera-ready revised manuscript submission window opens. Accepted authors must complete registration and submit the final revised manuscript incorporating reviewer suggestions.

Registration & Revised Manuscript Closes

5 March 2027

All registrations and camera-ready revised manuscript submissions must be completed before the portal closes. Papers without a registered author by this deadline will be withdrawn from the proceedings. No extensions will be granted.

Intimation of Presentation Schedule

10 March 2027

Authors will be notified of their assigned presentation slot, session track, and timings. Only PowerPoint (PPT) presentations are permitted. Authors must prepare their slides accordingly and be ready for online or in-person delivery.

RAMAN-2027 Conference

April 5–6, 2027

Two full days of keynote lectures, invited talks, technical paper presentations, and industry panel discussions at NERIST, Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Inauguration at Silver Jubilee Hall. Only PPT presentations allowed.
